TravelSmart Sunshine Coast is very excited to be involved in this year’s Australia Day celebrations on Buderim. With such a fantastic range of displays, events and activities it's sure to be a great way to celebrate Australia Day!
Can you walk, cycle, catch the bus or carpool instead?
Whether located a short or long distance away, driving to the event is often not your only option, and given the limited amount of parking and the morning road closures planned for the street parade, it may well be an option best avoided if possible. Consider the TravelSmart options of walking, cycling, catching the bus or carpooling to the event.
If you do travel smart, be sure to visit the TravelSmart stall in order to collect a prize for your efforts. You may also like to check out the electric bike, and even enter our ‘Name that Bike Part Competition’ in order to be in the running for a major prize pack drawn throughout the day.
